Manufactured products are X-ray inspected for voids and cracks, with ADR software recognising defects automatically.

Heat-treated surfaces are measured with the Equotip 550 — fast, mobile and non-destructive.
Material chemistry
The X-MET8000 Expert XRF analyses aluminium, steel and titanium alloys to 0.01% precision.
3D measurement
3D scanning, CAD comparison and tolerance analysis with the Hexagon Absolute Arm and Geomagic software.
